News: East Pizzas launch new menu

I'm very excited to hear that East Pizzas have launched their new autumn menu. Featuring some of the best produce Scotland has to offer, there are no gimmicks here - just high quality fresh, organic and local ingredients. Their sourdough base is made of water, flour, and some naturally occurring yeast which I described in my review a few weeks back as "pillow-like".

A list of their wonderful local suppliers includes:

• East Coast Cured
• Great Glen Charcuterie
• Aye PickledEast Coast Organics
• Kedar Cheese Company
• Peelham Organic Farm
• Phantassie Organic Produce
• Secret Herb Garden
